How do I get my site staged?
It’s pretty simple. Check out all of our price plans here, and choose the one you are most interested in. Once you pay, we’ll email you within 24 hours to obtain all of the information we need.
What information do you need from me in order to be able to stage my site?
There are really two ideal ways to provide our services to you. You can either send us a zipped file of the HTML files for your site. Or, you can send us FTP information so that we can connect to your server files directly. If you aren’t familiar with how to do either of these things, we can definitely walk you through it via phone or email.
Who owns SiteStagers.com and how do I know you are experts on this stuff?

How do I know my site content is protected?
Although there is no way for us to make you feel 100% safe, all we can do is provide you our word. We obviously need your trust, but we assure you that we are striving to be a company that lasts a really long time. After all, we have so much value to bring to websites everywhere.
Do you offer guarantees of any kind?
It depends. If you are looking for a guarantee in sales or success, then no. Even if you are looking for a guaranteed increase in traffic, we can’t provide that. The only thing that we can provide is a guarantee that your website will be of higher quality and that it will rank higher on search engines.

How am I expected to pay for the services?
We host all of our on-site transactions through PayPal. You will notice that if you try to purchase any price plan on our site, you will be taken to a PayPal login page. Even if you don’t have a PayPal page, you will see options to just use any credit card. Just know that all of our monthly plans are recurring and you must contact us when you want to stop the services.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Call or email us and we will stop the service right away. Please be aware of your own billing cycle because we won’t be able to refund any money after it hits our account, even if you cancel a few days after a month starts.
If you fail, do I get my money back?
We provide a one week money back guarantee. Before we start, we’ll send you a website assessment. Then, upon your request, we will send you the same assessment a week later. If the score and other parameters don’t improve, we will give you your money back and we will go our separate ways.
Is there some sort of commitment I should know about?
Nope. You can cancel anytime.
What’s the difference between the monthly and the one-time staging plans?
Although we encourage our monthly plans in order to ensure your site’s continued success, we do offer one-time staging fees. These are similar to the monthly plans, except for the fact that we provide a little more legwork in a shorter period of time. The tactics and the services are essentially the same, but you only have to deal with us once. Quick and painless. Especially if you can’t stand our unique sense of humor.

How do your keyword research and suggestion services work?
All of these services are conducted via email. If the plan you choose includes these services, we will be working closer with you to ensure that we are giving you the proper keywords and tactics as often as possible.
